Trude & Rune "Supern" – Bridge builders with their hearts in the ocean and hope in their hands ⚓️❤️

They have a heart for the sea. ❤️

Trude Arntzen and Rune “Supern” Olsgaard are two strong enthusiasts with backgrounds from different fields, but with the same driving force – to help people and give hope. Together they have created inclusive projects that build bridges between generations, cultures and life situations.

Trude has worked with people in challenging life situations for over 20 years, and is a qualified child welfare educator with experience from both the Norwegian Children and Family Service and as founder of MorraDi Scene – a platform for young voices in Oslo. She has also worked on behalf of the Municipality of Oslo and the County Governor of Oslo and Akershus.

She has a strong commitment to community, arts and culture, and an ability to see potential where others see challenges.

Rune, known as "Supern", has a background as a car painter and sailor. He became known through the Berserk expeditions and the TV series Tangerudbakken, Tangeruddampen and Pimp My Ride Norge.

He is also known for his strong commitment to both young adults and the elderly. Through the Hold Fast project, he has given people coping skills and new opportunities, including through boat building and working with youth groups. He is a practical visionary and a safe haven for many.

Together they started the Morradi Growth Program (MVP) – a non-traditional leadership program that gives young adults tools and experience in practical projects such as boatbuilding, culture and social work.

They have also run Villa Bugten, a historic property on Bygdøy in Oslo, which was used as a gathering place and development arena for young leaders, entrepreneurs and start-ups. Through events, workshops and community, Villa Bugten became an inspiring place for new initiatives, sustainable development and entrepreneurship.

Now their commitment is being brought together in Englehjelpen, with the Fjordvern project – where both children, the grandparents' generation and people who are excluded can participate in meaningful communities and help take care of the fjord.

Trude and Rune are also passionate about fair access to healthcare. They have personal experience of how the system fails people in vulnerable situations, and they work actively to ensure that more people receive proper treatment and dignified rehabilitation – regardless of background. They stand up for patients' rights and believe that humanity, knowledge and trust must be the cornerstones of the healthcare system.

They are true bridge builders – with their hearts in the ocean and hope in their hands. 🦋 ️🙏
